Biography
Justin Rothbaum is an Associate Scout for Mesa Community College in Arizona, where he scouts basketball prospects in the Tucson and Phoenix area.
Rothbaum graduated from the University of Arizona, where he obtained a B.A in History and a minor in Public Administration and Policy. Following graduation, he completed Sports Management Worldwide's Basketball Scouting and General Management certification course.
