This week’s video is in honor of the USA Men’s soccer team making their first appearance in a championship game in a big time FIFA tournament.  Team USA was able to pull a HUGE upset against the defending World Cup Champions, the Spanish, before falling 3-2 to Brazil in the finals of the Confederations Cup on June 28.  Team USA had a 2-0 lead at half, but could not hold off the constant barrage of orchestrated Brazilian attacks.  This was the second time in US soccer history that team USA defeated a #1 ranked team (they beat Brazil 1-0 in 1998).

The kid in the video has amazing skills with the ball and unlike many soccer videos I’ve seen on YouTube, this seems legit and unedited.  This is soccer’s version of streetball and the And One Tour.  This video is impressive and fun to watch; however, you need more than amazing footskill to make it as a professional.  Some of the best jugglers of the ball and skilled players haven’t made it past the streetball scene.  All in all, this guy is insane and is pretty talented.  Maybe he will appear at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
